It was December and Zach was scheduled to close on his home on December 20th.  On December 10th the temperature was -10 degrees. We thought we would go to the house to make sure pipes weren’t frozen….etc……  When we walked into the house I said “boy, the floors sure are shiny!”.  What we were really looking at was several inches of water in the kitchen, dining room which flowed into the master bedroom.  With the great assistance of the listing agent and other contractors we still closed on December 20th!
