Look what we have now…..historically low rates. Times cannot be better to sell or purchase a home. There is a shortage of homes on the market. If priced within the marketplace, your chances of making a move are pretty good!  Buyers have 4% (+ / -) interest rates to choose from…….rates can’t get much more desirable.
